Our community permits for a maximum of two (2) vehicles to be registered to a single apartment and parked within the community at any time. Residents must register their cars with the apartment community office if they wish to be parked on the property. All vehicles must be appropriately licensed, be in good running condition, and be appropriately parked in clearly marked parking spaces. No vehicles may be stored; all cars must come and go from the property on a routine/regular basis. There is no storing or parking of trailers, semi-trucks, cabs, oversize vehicles, recreational vehicles, campers, or boats.
